How do I book a portrait session with you?

To book a portrait session, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the package price is required. The remaining balance is due on the session date.

What types of portrait sessions do you offer?

We specialize in various portrait sessions, including family portraits, individual portraits, corporate headshots, engagement photos, and more. We can tailor our services to meet your specific needs.

Where do portrait sessions take place?

Portrait sessions can be conducted in our studio, at an outdoor location of your choice, or a combination of both. We can discuss location options during the booking process.

Can I bring props or pets to my session?

Absolutely! You can bring props or pets to shoots outside of the studio. Please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of an outdoor shoot?

In bad weather, we can reschedule the outdoor shoot to a more suitable date at no additional cost to you.

What is your cancellation policy?

We do hope clients do not cancel their bookings, but if this happens, the booking fee of 50% of the package chosen will be non-refundable.

How long does it take to receive the final edited photos?

Our typical turnaround time for delivering retouched photos is 3-5 business days. We prioritize quality in our editing and retouching process to ensure you receive the best results.

Can I order prints and products through your website?

Yes, we offer a convenient online ordering system where you can select prints, albums, and other products featuring your photos.
