How do I book a portrait session with you?
To book a portrait session, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the package price is required. Remaining balance is due before the session.

Absolutely! We encourage you to bring props or pets that have a special significance to you. Just let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day of an outdoor shoot?
In bad weather, we can reschedule the outdoor shoot to a more suitable date at no additional cost to you.
What is your cancellation policy?
We do hope clients do not cancel their bookings, but if this happens, the booking fee of 50% of the package chosen will be non-refundable.
How long does it take to receive the final edited photos?
Our typical turnaround time for delivering retouched photos is 3-5 business days. We prioritize quality in our editing and retouching process to ensure you receive the best results.
